Hi anybody that reads this! So, after much thinking and fretting and locking of fics (I don't think anyone's noticed or cares, but I'll unlock them after this anyway) I've decided to close this journal.

This isn't to say I'll stop writing, but I am going to stop posting to this journal.

We all need a fresh start sometimes, so in closing this journal I've created a new one called writtenonarms. It's giving me back that "yay, can't wait to write and post!" feel, which I very much needed.

So that's it, I just wanted to let it be known. All the hearts from me, josiemus_prime ♥

For the pxp_flashbang. Finishing this was pretty much the last thing I wanted to do, but I know Sarah would have poked me endlessly until I did. So you get fic that I'll finish up and post, and then I get to take a little hiatus. Not that I post fic very often anyways *hands* so whatever.

Summary: Wing!fic set in the wake of their hiatus. In which Pete doesn’t deal well with the break, has a ring that no one seems to want, and Patrick gets his wings.

When Pete wakes up, he hears church bells ringing. It rings in through the curtains like the too-early morning sun. It rings in his ears and behind his eyes until he opens them. Pete strains to hear the bells until they start to fade, until he realises they were never really ringing in the first place.
